S.M.A.R.T. - Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team
The Suburban Major Accident Reconstruction Team or S.M.A.R.T. Team is a
multi-agency accident investigation team made up of accident investigations from
surrounding suburban agencies. This group of accident investigators assist the
Chicago Heights Police Department with the investigation of major accidents in
the City of Chicago Heights.
