The Chicago Heights Police Department opperates with a staff comprised of
81 sworn officers and 22 full-time civilian personnel. The Department consists
of various divisions that include Administration, Animal Control. Community
Policing, Crime Prevention, Investigations, Lock-up, Patrol, Records, Traffic,
Training, and the 911 Center. The Police Department is located at 1601 South Halsted Street on
the South-East corner of 16th and Halsted Streets.
