Welcome to the Chicago Heights Police Departments website. The Chicago Heights
Police Department exists in order for the citizens of Chicago Heights to enjoy
themselves in a safe and orderly environment. The basic reason for police
services is to respond to a multitude of situations that require a person with
unique authority to assist in reducing or resolving problems associated with
law enforcement and to maintain public order.

As Chief of Police I have over 34 years of service with the Chicago Heights Police Department.
My diverse career includes: Patrol, Tactical Unit, Range/Arsenal,
Investigations, Watch Commander, Patrol Commander, and Deputy Chief. I supervise and command
all members of the Police Department. Additionally, I have re-organized the Police Deparment
in an effort to augment manpower on our streets and increase visibility in all neighborhoods
of our city.
