CITY CLERK’S OFFICE
The City Clerk is the “custodian” of all City Records
and the City’s cashier. All City bills can be paid at the
City Clerk’s Office. The services provided by the City Clerk
are extensive. Please refer to the “Services” menu for
a detailed explanation. The Clerk’s office is constantly changing
to meet the needs of the City’s citizens, and the needs of
businesses operating in our City. The Clerk’s office hours
are 8:30a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, except holidays.
The Clerk’s office is located on the first floor of City Hall
at 1601 Chicago Road, Chicago Heights, IL 60411.
