CORNER MARKET 2ND SEASON! -- The Chicago Heights Corner Market is Open For Business as the 2nd Season gets underway. Located at the southeast corner of Vollmer Road and Dixie Highway, this open-air market will be open every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 P.M. throughout the Summer, rain-or-shine, until September 29th. Vendors, Farmers, Growers, Artisans, Bakers and Distributors will be on-hand selling their goods. Admission is Free! Stop by and see the seasonal offerings for sale. Gonzalez, Clerk Lori Wilcox, Treasurer Jim Dee and the City Council invite you to join them at the City’s 4th Annual Citywide Clean-Up this Saturday, June 9th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon. Volunteers are asked to meet at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall Parking Lot, 1601 Chicago Road, to pick-up cleaning supplies. Come help take part in creating a greater sense of community and have fun in keeping our City clean. Lunch will be provided.
